Assam

Assam is a state located in the North to the east part of India and even shares its boundary with countries like Bhutan and Bangladesh. Dispur is the beautiful capital of this north eastern state. There are seven states established in the Eastern district of the country, and because of this these states are renowned as seven sisters, and these states are Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Meghalaya as well as Assam. Assam is connected to the rest of the homeland by a part of land established in West Bengal, renowned as the Siliguri Corridor, furthermore renowned as the "Chicken's Neck". Assam as a state is very rich in language, publications as well as culture.

The people of Assam are renowned to adoration the Hindu god Vishnu and upon travelling to this attractive state you will notice numerous Hindu temples established here.
